Returns & Exchanges

At RiRi Hair Extensions, we want you to love your new look, so we offer a 14-day return period for all unopened and unused products. For hygiene reasons, hair extensions must be returned in their original packaging with the security seal intact to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Check Your Seal

  Ensure the security seal on your extension packaging has not been broken or tampered with, as we cannot accept returns for hair that has been handled or worn.

  Request a Return

  Contact our customer support team or visit our online portal to provide your order number and receive your unique Return Authorization code.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack your extensions in their original box and include a note with your order number and the reason for your return to ensure fast processing.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package back using a tracked shipping service and retain your receipt; once received and inspected, we will issue your refund within 5-7 business days.
