Can I use heat styling tools on RiRi Hair Extensions?
Yes, our 100% Remy human hair extensions can be styled with heat tools up to 180°C. For our synthetic range, please refer to the specific product care guide as some fibers are heat-resistant while others are not.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer express next-day delivery options for orders placed before 2 PM GMT, Monday through Friday.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the security seal is unbroken and the extensions have not been worn or removed from their backing card for hygiene reasons.
How long will my hair extensions last?
With proper care and the use of sulfate-free products, our Remy human hair extensions can last between 6 to 12 months. Synthetic pieces typically last 2 to 3 months with regular wear.
